Our bakery is open 24-hours a day. Our Artisan Bakers will craft and bake through the night to ensure quality bread is delivered to the stores each morning. While ensuring all key areas of performance and procedures are followed. Shifts start from 19:00 but can vary.

Our Retail Supervisors are the main support to both the Managers and the Team Members. If you would like to join us both in Retail / Customer Services and Production/ delivering high quality standards in food, come work for us. We have a career development plan for ALL shop-based roles.
Our bakery is open 24-hours a day. Our drivers will start the day at 03:30 in the morning to deliver our hand-crafted artisan bread to multiple sites across London, 5 days out of 7 which includes weekends, while ensuring all key areas of performance and procedures are followed.
Based at : Baker Street, Canary Wharf, Covent Garden, Hammersmith, Holland Park, Kingston, Marble Arch, Marylebone, Notting Hill Gate, Piccadilly, Richmond, South Kensington, St Pancras, St Pauls, Tower Hill (Three Quays).
Our stores open for Breakfast. Our Retail team members are in from 06:00 depending on store opening times. A dedicated career path will assist you to grow within supportive and busy environment.

PAUL joined forces with The Felix Project in 2016 to help fight food waste. In 2019 we managed to provide 36,969 MEALS to The Felix Project through our delicious bread pudding.
We have saved 10,000 coffee cups from going to landfill every month! For every PAUL Keepcup we sell, we donate 50p to the charity @buglife to support their crucial work protecting our bees.
