Description
A fresh, vibrant vegan salad crafted for sharing. This generous platter features a bed of crisp mixed leaf salad topped with delicate mounds of our creamy celeriac remoulade. Sweet grilled diced sweet potato and marinated baby plum tomatoes add colour and natural sweetness, while chopped walnuts bring a satisfying crunch. Finished with a sprinkle of fresh flat-leaf parsley and served with three pots of classic shallot vinaigrette for dressing to taste.
